Your Wellness Day with Claudia is a 4-5 hour 1:1 intensive session designed to give you clarity, direction and a personalised plan without months of trial and error or stressing over the next holiday or event creeping up on you. ✨ Afternoon: Implementation

You will leave with: your clear, actionable personalised wellness blueprint. Step by step instructions so you can put this into practice. A daily routine structure, non-negotiable habits, 30-90 day action plan, 1 month support, training direction, accountability strategy and supplement & lifestyle guidance.
