MY STORY

My Health & Wellness Journey Began

2013-2015 

A University of Leeds student studying communications & media. A far cry away from anything health related. No interest in exercise, no knowledge or education about food, fitness or wellness. A pretty standard uni student experience

2015-2016

After being immersed in the diet culture of the time, the fad diets including 5:2, Cambridge diet, Special K diet and spending my student loan on the latest skinny teas and supplements from Holland Barrett my interest to ‘change my appearance’ from the outside began! I invested in a personal trainer over the summer and continued back at university where things became serious! 5-6 days a week at the gym resistance training and the discipline of a warrior with my food. Looking back, I probably took it a bit too far. But I enjoyed seeing how my body changed and how I felt!

2017

Third year university was tough after a family bereavement. Using exercise and food to control how I was feeling and deal with stress around my dissertation. Physically I looked strong, mentally I was drained

2018

My passion led to profession. Understanding the way exercise, food and wellness tools helped me FEEL over how it made me look got me thinking. I wish more girls my age knew about this. I studied full time to get qualified as a personal trainer. Not knowing where that would take me… and converting my home garage into a boutique studio

2019-2020

My client base grew, word of mouth was amazing in the area and I loved sharing my passion with local women. Sustainable wellness without restriction or guilt was the way forward. This led me to get further qualifications in mindfulness, meditation, CBT, NLP, clinical nutrition and life coaching - all of which I know would help my clients on their fitness journey. Their journey would become so much more with this knowledge and power

2020

Covid meant taking the business online. Zooms like everyone else, but in the background building an online presence in the form of an app. Everything that was important to my core values as a coach became more apparent in the pandemic. Our mental health, our lifestyle choices, mindset and the wellness tools at our disposal were pivotal, now more than ever!

2022 - Present

Post covid the world has fallen in love with wellness. The trends, the products, the myths, the hashtags. It’s everywhere. I don’t remember a time when Sunday mornings for my generation were a run/fitness class with a matcha/coffee. Working with both clients online and in person to transform their lifestyles, minds, bodies and souls as well as optimising their health and routines has been amazing.

Not only this, but as I’ve grown with my business and in personal life, I have loved working on myself through key milestones in my 20s and 30s, as well as having a client base doing the same. From galentines brunches, to engagements, brides and babies, Wellness with Claudia has now become a journey through womanhood and all those important milestones .

Hi, I’m Claudia.

 I am a wellness coach and certified personal trainer with my own fitness studio and qualifications in pre & post natal training, life coaching, clinical nutrition, mindfulness, meditation and cognitive behavioural therapy.
I use these resources and a holistic approach to the mind, body and soul to improve my clients health and wellness from the inside out.

Now more than ever, we understand the direct correlation between a healthy person, a healthy mind, a healthy business and a healthy life.
By looking at your wellness as a whole and taking a holistic approach requires the body to work in perfect harmony.

I work with global clients face to face and via online coaching to prioritise and invest in working with their routines and lifestyles to achieve sustainable wellness realistically, without the overwhelm.

I want you to change your mindset, attitude and habits first, the rest will follow.

I help busy women, like myself, who love a girls dinner and drinks, going for brunch, LED masks and the viral Tik Tok snack looking to make themselves a priority and become the best version of themselves throughout the journey of womanhood. Investing in yourself is for life, not just for a wedding, holiday or Christmas.

Together, we build the perfect formula to create the results you want and design a life you love without compromise.  Most importantly, I’ll be right by your side every step of the way.

My passion and purpose is to help my clients become the best version of themselves. Nothing inspires me more than creating long-lasting and sustainable positive change in others. My motivation is giving you the nudge you need, being your personal cheerleader and unlocking the courage to step out of their comfort zone, become that bit more fearless to not stop until you get the results you want. Watching the transformation of someone not just physically but mentally is truly satisfying and why I love doing what I do.
